You should also include a letter that outlines your qualifications, has examples of your writing, and includes testimonials from past clients. This allow potential clients see your work as they consider hiring you. If you can, reference as many Fortune 500 companies as clients. If you’re just starting out, do not include potential clients, only list past work. If you have worked for an advertising agency and are looking to do some from freelance copywriting, make sure to include some of your work from the advertising agency.
